These terms apply when you use solsticeand.co or buy from Solstice & Co. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

Personalization

You are responsible for the engraving text you submit. We print it exactly as you type it, including spelling and capitalisation, and the on-page preview shows what you will get. Personalized items cannot be returned unless we made the mistake — see the Refund Policy.

We will refuse and refund any personalization request that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that we simply do not want on our product. We do not have to explain the refusal.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Scent is subjective and wax, glass and packaging vary slightly between batches because they are hand-poured. Screens render colour differently. Minor variation is not a defect.

Candle safety

Candles are an open flame. Never leave one burning unattended, near anything flammable, or within reach of children or pets. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use, burn for no more than four hours at a time, and stop when about 10 mm of wax remains. Follow the safety card in the box. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of an open flame.

Fragrance and allergies

Our products contain fragrance oils and may contain known allergens. If you have a fragrance sensitivity or a respiratory condition, check the ingredient list on the product page before buying, and ask a doctor if you are unsure. Our products are for home fragrance only — they are not cosmetics, not food, and not for use on skin.

Intellectual property

The Solstice & Co. name, logo, product names, photography and site copy belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Your account and conduct

Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.

Reviews and submitted content

If you post a review or send us a photo, you keep ownership but grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is abusive, fake, or off-topic.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence — and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
