Our decor ships direct from the production partner who makes it. That's what keeps these pieces at the prices they are instead of the retail markup — and the honest trade-off is that delivery takes around three weeks, not two days. Every US order ships free with tracking, and you get the tracking number the moment your order moves.
Ordering for Halloween? Order by October 10 to be confident it's on your window before the 31st. After that date we can't promise it arrives in time, and we'd rather tell you now than take the order and disappoint you. If you're cutting it close, email us first and we'll give you a straight answer.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us and we'll replace it free — every order, no add-ons required.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, any reason. Email hello@hallowandholly.com and we'll make it right.
