Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, here is exactly how it works.

Standard (non-personalized) items

You may return any unused, unburned candle, diffuser or wax melt in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Personalized and engraved items

Engraved and personalized products — including The New Home Gift Set with a custom name or date — are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, because we cannot resell them. Please double-check spelling, names and dates before you place your order. The live preview on the product page shows exactly what will be printed.

Two exceptions: if we misprint your engraving, or the item arrives damaged, we will remake or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Damaged, broken or wrong items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You do not need to send the item back.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Personalized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, before engraving begins.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your claim. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Gifts

If you received a Solstice & Co. item as a gift and something is wrong with it, contact us with the order number or the buyer's name and we will make it right — we will never tell the gift-giver what it cost or that you got in touch.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us using the details in the store footer, with your order number and what went wrong. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm the return.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
